1 - Fill out the online warranty form, wait for the email confirmation and print the package slip.

2 - Send the goods to the specified address with the enclosed parcel label. We will provide you with the DHL shipping label free of charge.

3 - After the repair of your device, the return shipment to you will be initiated.
