The performance

Outstanding quality, timeless design, unique performance - the EA-M1 mono amplifier from EMPHASER's Monolith series not only offers concentrated power, but also outstanding dynamics and special signal fidelity. Minimal distortion as well as a warm, clear sound are characteristics that distinguish this top-of-the-range digital power amplifier. The Class-D amplifier circuitry, in conjunction with the massive aluminum heat sink, ensures enormous power: The EA-M1 delivers a powerful 1 x 600 W RMS into 4 ohms and 1 x 1500 W RMS into 1 ohm - but deliberately as a full-range amplifier, so that high-power dual-mono concepts for power-hungry compo systems are also feasible.

The design

Already the amplifier design underlines the special character of this exceptional amp: The carefully machined edges, the engraved logo and the model designation on the top plate together with the sandblasted surface create an impressive look. Solid are the connections - encapsulated 35 mm power terminals and screwed RCA jacks.

The equipment

This 1-channel amplifier offers you an extensive crossover, which is routed optionally as a high or low pass. The crossover is adjustable in a very wide control range from 20 Hz (high pass) and 50 Hz (low pass) to 5000 Hz and can therefore also be used for active system concepts. The filters are individually selectable and can also be combined: highpass, lowpass and bandpass (HPF+LPF). The EA-M1 has an integrated bass boost, a bass level remote control is also included.
