The EM-BMWSUB2 Underseat Subwoofer is not only a perfect complement to the EMPHASER BMW speaker systems EM-BMWF1 and EM-BMWR1, but also optimal to simply retrofit an Underseat Subwoofer in the BMW or to replace a factory system. The powerful subwoofer pair fits perfectly into the original installation spaces and is easy to connect to the original plugs thanks to plug & play connection terminal.
The 20 cm / 8″ EM-BMWSUB2 impresses with its fascinating sound and deep bass power. With a maximum of 2 x 300 watts total power, the subwoofers are bursting with power and provide the right feeling in the stomach area. The hard and torsion-resistant aluminum cone enables powerful, responsive and distortion-free bass reproduction and is the guarantor for precise, powerful low bass.
The diaphragm is driven by a powerful neodymium magnet with 2″ voice coil, is encased in a durable rubber surround and features a centering spider perfectly matched to the system. The torsionally rigid basket made of low-resonance plastic reinforces the efficiency of the drive. The special design of the basket and metal carrier supports the impulse fidelity.
