EMPHASER ESP-DM4 - Self-adhesive alu-butyl insulation mats, 2,1 mm thick, 4 pcs. à 900 x 300 mm

The ESP-DM4 aluminum butyl damping mat improves vehicle interior acoustics, reduces vehicle resonance, engine, rolling or vibration noise and thus enables optimal music playback in the car or motorhome.

The ESP-DM4 mats have a material thickness of 2.1 mm and are optimal for use on vehicle doors, especially on large-area outer door panels. The combination of aluminum and butyl reduces unwanted resonance of the outer door panel or the door trim and ensures an impressive bass response.

ESP-DM4 has excellent damping properties, is characterized by its high stiffness, but also easy formability. ESP-DM4 mats are easy to process - simply cut to size with scissors or a cutter knife and press on with a pressure roller. The particularly strong adhesive butyl makes ESP-DM4 a durable and temperature-resistant insulation material that can also withstand extreme temperature fluctuations.
